Nightrelax is a supplement based on highly absorbable and bioavailable sucrosomal marine magnesium with hawthorn, saffron and a natural phytocomplex of B vitamins, folic acid, polyphenols and polysaccharides extracted from red fruits and vegetables.
Magnesium
Magnesium is an alkalizing mineral necessary for the proper functioning of over 325 enzymatic reactions in humans. Certain heavy minerals considered as pollutants, such as aluminium, which is currently widely used in in many applications, can cause magnesium deficiency by reducing its absorption by about five times. Evidence in the literature suggests that subclinical magnesium deficiency, which is difficult to diagnose, is rampant and is becoming a major cause of chronic diseases including cardiovascular disease and premature mortality worldwide.

The leaves and flowers contain a mixture of various Flavonoids, ithe main active ingredient is vitexin, titrated at 1%.
Saffron
Saffron is a spice obtained from the stigmas of the Crocus Sativus flower, also known as red gold. It boasts a very substantial array of phytonutrients, with over a hundred different identified compounds. These include numerous carotenoids such as zeaxanthin, lycopene, α- and β-carotene. The most studied active ingredients are crocetin, crocin, picrocrocinand safranal.

In the case of sucrosomal magnesium, absorption is 20% higher than in magnesium citrate. In addition, the premature degradation and elimination of the administered magnesium is prevented.
