Because our olive oil is unique
Our TUSCAN GPI organic extra virgin olive oil, with an intense flavour and pleasant on the palate, stands out mainly for its high quantity of natural antioxidants and vitamin E.
We guarantee a minimum content of 500 mg/kgof these important polyphenol antioxidants in each bottle.
To achieve this extraordinary result, the olives have to be skilfully harvested before they are fully ripe, resulting in a very low yield but an extremely high concentration of all the most beneficial active ingredients.
Throughout the production cycle, including storage in our warehouses, we maintain a constant temperature of 15–20 °C to avoid altering the polyphenolic structure.
Why is it important to use an olive oil with these characteristics?
It is only by using an olive oil with these characteristics that we can truly benefit from its active ingredients, using the daily amount recommended by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) of two tablespoons per day.
